which he named Dag, which is Hebrew for Fish.

Well I enjoyed meeting the family dogs. i like their names, either way. The dogs do come when called don't they? I love standard poodles. I like big dogs I am not so enamored with little heel snappers.

Hmmmm.......
You've had experience in working in the bureaucratic environment, haven't you?  Specializing in unrelated tangents?   LOL.     I might as well join in.....my neighbor has two dogs.....Honda and Toyota!  (Honest! +)

I should love to help you!

Once upon a time I had a cat called Solo; big joke it produced kittens non-stop, or so it seemed.

As you seem very interested in languages you would probably like to know that aŭdu in Esperanto is the imperative of the verb to hear and aŭdi is the infinitive.

I look forward to helping you.

I love their names! I will await the next installment! [My daughter named her chickens Henny and Penny and claimed they were twins!] A double yolk, I presume, lmao all the day on that one! Shelly

Our dogs are Bob and Ziggy. My sons love Bob Marley. much less complicated, but Jamaican. :) I will await the study information, patiently.

Can't wait to hear what it is after this intriguing start. And all the references to Latin and German are very much to my heart. I seem to be one of the few people today who boast the "Grosses Latinum", small wonder as at the kind of schools my parents ferried me off to, Latin was the first language, followed by English and French.
