It all sounds lovely. The neck and shoulder massage jumped out at me. I recall the humidity of Singapore that hits like a wave even when one is accustomed to i. I visited Singapore a few times sometimes staying with a friend who lived opposite a very local market.
I just noticed again your post about refuge. It's worth remembering.
