I've only had them in pesto, where you don't really taste them all that much. But your experience confirms me in my resolve that I will no longer eat anything that comes from China, period! I'm even beginning to worry about Chinese tea...

3 lbs off! Great. I'll now check everything I eat to make sure it isn't made in China. So, Chinese food is off too, I suppose.

I hear
that the Native Americans believed that if you eat the nut of the pine tree, or pinion tree that it would stave off cancer. I think it is supposed to be 3 a day.

How interesting!  I don't think I've ever tried Chinese pine nuts--I don't think I will.  My favorites are the New Mexico pinon pine nuts.
