I wish I could find a peaceful inspiring place! So far I only know NY and Florida. I think its too cold in Oregon!

I spent a couple of weeks in Portland once, and travelled around a bit - loved it! We also took a small plane to have a close look at Mt. St. Helens - very interesting! I see from your picture you have no snow there - that
alone is worth the trip! And I hope everything goes as well for you as you expect...

I grew up there, Bel. And you're contributing mightily to my
