It was so stinky that paint peeled

Once at work, I was in the kitchen, the only one in the room and a co-worker walked right into my noxious bean cloud. I didn't say excuse me or acknowledge it in any way and he didn't say anything either. I left real quick and so did he. Nice guy but I'm glad he doesn't work there anymore; I turned beet red every time I saw him after that.

Well, it's unhealthy to suppress bodily functions, so maybe the doctor is so used to farting around other people that he doesn't even realize that he's doing it anymore . . .
