Actually, Corbin, not all liberals hate Ms. Palin.
I see myself in her, maybe 30 years ago -- mom with teenagers and a full-time job who's coping with chaos on a full-time basis. She's got every right to believe what she does and to talk about it, and the fact that I disagree with her pro-life stance doesn't stop me from feeling empathy for her human struggle. The whole issue should be personal, not political, but since it is political, I have to admire this candidate's forthrightness and transparency.
I don't believe in abortion, especially not as a means of birth control -- but I don't think the government or the church or any outsider has a right to butt into a woman's reproductive decisions. If she's got a husband or partner, he should have a say, but it's nobody else's business.

I went to that site! The author of that hysterical rant tells us that, "I am a Democrat, a mother of three, and a full-time attorney."
Pity her poor kids! At least her clients have other options...

I truly like her. I try not to think about what she will do in '12. It will be a conflict for me. I hope things are clarified by then.
I have her photo as desktop on my backberry.
I like her best on SNL! Lol

I can't believe someone is obsessing over Palin. I don't
really trust her and her experience. But I don't trust any
politician. I'm not about too loose sleep over a person.

When I look at the women having issues with it all......and really think about it, I'm really not surprised by all this passion......she is such a threat to the decisions they made about their identities as women in many ways.....and decisions that many have made in their lives that they have deep-buried guilt about, or self-doubt about.....it's a fascinating thing for those of us who study human nature.

maybe there is another issue underneath all of this hate - palin doesn't affect me at all - she is what she is as all of the other candidates are. just vote then.
