You're a bit confused.........McCain opted out of the "Primary" public funding, as did all of the major candidates. He is participating in the General Election public funding......nice try.
Which candidate is tarnished over this issue? Nobama, by far. It just points out the hypocrite he is. All fluff. no substance, smoke and mirrors, a hollow man.
