jemzi, I had to put down my warrior girl, Makeda, and my heart is

lonely for her companionship. I feel unprotected and vulnerable without her there, even tho' she could hardly stand at the end. It has been about two months now and it is no better, the emptiness.

The new puppy, Mosinha, helps enormously to distract me, but warrior girls are impossible to replace. I am so sorry about yout kitty kitty. So sorry.

Jemmie...I am so sorry for your loss. I know how difficult this is because

I had to do the same. That was four years ago and I'm still not over it...I never will, but it does get better. I'm sure your kitty is with you in Spirit. Like Julia, I too will pray for your healing.

I'm so very sorry for your loss and heartbreak. I know how much you love your kitties. I've had to euthanize two of my cats and the memory stays with you forever as one of the saddest things you can ever experience. But your baby is not suffering anymore, and your pain will lessen day by day. oh great, now you just made ME cry as I typed this. I'm such a softie. But I love you and I'll pray for your healing.

Im sad to read this.. I love my dog Rosie. SHe has had a lot of problems since being hit by a car.. She survived it somehow.. but I am afraid she may have to be put down eventually because of her injuries Im sorry for your loss..

Yes, it was a very difficult decision, but I knew it was the right thing to do since she was suffering so very much.  I will miss her dearly.

Oh, Jemmie....

That's just TOO sad. I am SO sorry! I've had to put down a beloved cat once before, and it just tore me up. I'm praying for you. Hugs!

Oh, Jemmie...

I'm so sorry.  I know what you're going through because we just lost one of our cats at the beginning of February.  Each day that has passed has made the pain of his loss a bit easier to take, but I still have days when I break down crying.
