mysteria, as you know, post-traumatic feelings are as real as the originals
Personally, I would like to have a strategy or therapy to lessen their impact on me. I found the more I talked about it, the easier it was to talk about. Good grief!

KinGmi As you probably know many of the abuses you mentioned
here, I have endured. I have a problem talking about it cause it is SO humilating and VERY embarassing, and really, I have no idea why I am so ashamed! I did not rape, molest or abuse anyone, I was the vicitim again and again yet I am left with so much shame... Whatsup with that?
