WOW! I have a friend in NC whose house caught on fire....along with

a bunch of the neighbors' houses. It's been a strange weekend. Maybe even the last week. Lots of little near disasters all over. I'm just glad you're ok. Be well today. I'm sure we'll hear more soon.

Huge sigh of relief from the Heartland!

I'm glad you're OK, Jemmie. (Yes, I did start a "clicking campaign," in case you needed some of your Blogit earnings to cover the cost of repairs. It's nice to know that some people left comments to make sure you were all right.)

I was also grateful to hear you're not on the Big Island. I thought you were. (Duh.)
