Ciel, when I drove a stick shift and had the music loud
I just used the "feel" theory. Ya know, like how you can just feel the elevation in your feet.

Sounds like the old neutrality issue...

It's hard to be neutral when reading one's own investments!  I have not overcome this problem in regards to self-reading and healing, either. It's not impossible to learn to hear what your body is saying very quietly.  But generally, we have such a clamor of 'inner children' going on, it's hard to sort out and pay attention to the subtler sounds of well-being or not.

I just started driving a stick-shift again, and if I have the music on anything like loud, I don't hear the engine noises changing, telling me to shift gears.

Spitfire...
I too like this.  You're a strong woman and you will overcome this. Blessings!
