He may be fed up, mysteria, but the DNA testing idea is idiotic and cost
prohibitive. Neighborhood watches are viable alternatives. And you are right about dog crap being extremely vile and disgusting, which makes this guy's crusade understandable, just not viable.

I think dog shit is disgusting
it is SO vile and foul. People that do not clean up after their animals really ought to be fined. I hear in Germany it is really bad. The guy is obviously fed up.

That is so stupid it is something that I would expect to come out of one of our legislators. He cost of analyzing DNA is thouugh the roof, that would have to be one hefty ticket to even begin to cover the cost. And, guys...ewwwww :P
