I like the mix
and agree with you. To narrow it down to only one is to take the chance of missing the broader picture. Tunnel vision could cause one to shut out the answer to that one question which helps the rest make sense.

Interesting comments in your blog
In your statement about all being sons (and daughters) of god, I do concur and take it a step further, we all have the capability of doing things that may appear to be godlike. Have you read Richard Bach's book,
Illusions? It is old, but very good. The same author wrote
Jonathan Livingston Seagull, another very good, and enlightening, book.
Jonathan Livingston Seagull was also made into a "so-so" movie. I actually liked
Illusions much better.

I was a religious scientist ofr over 10 years. Can we talk? The Jesus of the Bible is not the Jesus of Religious Science. Although, your faith is a great one, we're not talking about the same Person.
