A tough virus to kill

About: blank is giving me nightmares. I just spent 3 hours with a client trying to get rid of that virus without any success. The only thing we did was isolate a whole bunch of other viruses and then it came back again...hijacking the entire browser. I found it a big mess, and I felt a bit helpless....
