Another downer of a day

I guess I don't take bad news that easily. I'm still upset at yesterday's boondoogle of a repair job. The guy called me up today to say he didn't ship the parts out yet, I replied that he needed to send the whole unit back because of some serious problems. The kid told me he's call me back but he...
