Insomnia

The thoughts of what I've done come to haunt me, keeping me awake repenting my mistakes. Praying to the lifeless air to be forgiven as the tears bleed through my eyes. Gone those people, robbing me of my chance to repent. Hoping their spirits lurk the air to hear me bare my soul. A guilty conscience needing to be forgiven, cannot rest until they're gone.
