I also haven't received my Paypal payment for last month's blogging. I received my last payment from Shaycom on 9 September (for August's blogging); since my last statement was generated on 1 October, I think I should have received payment by today (15 October). Or am I confused?

I just posted my own thoughts in the comments, and I encourage the rest of you to do so, too.

I really do like blogging network even if at times it should be called prison world it reminds me alot of OZ.  My weak suggestion is that somehow someway BN runs off points that in the end turn to money. That way much like a nascar racing circuit other people could have a shot. Like let's say that they write a really airy non-thought provoking blog. You could either penalize the blogger for spiking the blog like in football or you deduct or shave points off his finishing total for that day like a racer in the pitstop. I know that someone worked hard and long on BN's current step up and I know your thinking that if i'M so smart why don't i have my own network. Well like I said at the beginning I really like the way things are, these suggestions are maybe a couple of monkey wrenches to throw in at a later date to keep things fresh. Kind of like the contestants of survivor having to jump off the cruiseliner. Thanks for your time. live love life MADTENDER

I think there's a simple solution to the abuse problem on the BN. Why not create another category, making it "invisible", like Mature Audiences, and call it ABUSE? That way there is a place where anyone can say anything about anybody at any time. People would get to say what they want but you would only know this if you decided to read it.

I have just seen the new format. Bad idea. Latest posts goes WAY down the page if your browser isn't fully open to your whole screen. Put the latest post of the right, then featured in the middle, with top 10 bottom of the middle. Categories are fine on the left.

are members of the BN staff who also blog on BN eligible for the contest? If so, I think there's a conflict of interest and possibly some legal ramifications that ought to be double-checked.
