Is War Inevitable?

I must ask myself this if I am to remain sane and walk among my fellow humans with some measure of dignity and respect. I observe groups at war and realize that it is a chosen course of action, with no real solution. I do not feel safer having won; in fact, I feel vulnerable and fear being attacked....
