My back dr. released me yesterday. So excited! No more physical therapy. Yay!!! I have been dealing with this since Jan. 9. I knew it was getting better because I did a lot of lifting when I was getting ready for the garage sale. Physical therapy seemed like a waste of time in the beginning, but...
