Yesterday I went to a swim store and bought some things I need for training. I bought a nose clip, ear plugs, goggles and a pair of training gloves. The training gloves cause you to exert more effort to strengthen arms. I also saw a swim backpack which is weighted. This would allow me to get used to... Sign in to see full entry.
