Upon birth, for most of us, there is the illusion of separation from the Divine. We are babes, barely able to figure out that the wiggly things at the ends of our arms and legs belong to us, let alone that we are Divine. We are not initially aware of this feeling, but it is there, lying dormant. As we grow, ego becomes the driver in guiding our growth.
