WARNING TO BLOGGERS WHO HAVE A WEB PAGE: NOW WHAT?

This week, I heard that if you have a web page and post your writing on it, that is considered published. Sooooo....if you send in a poem that you have on your own web page, and they don't want previously published, well that's a no-no. That is crapola in my book, but fair or not. it is what it is....
