Tuesday, November 14, 2006I have found a good way to deduct points from my daily food intakeIt happened quite naturally with no effort on my behalf and it's really quite easy. Trey comes over and asks to share my food. He does it every morning and sometimes during the day. I make a meal that meets my point requirements exactly and then he ends up eating part of it.
