On Work

I have a cleaning job in 1 hour. It is for an elderly lady and is only about 1 1/2 hours. Then I have an office cleaning job tonight that takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending if my boys help or I do it by myself. I have been married 27 years and most of those years I have not worked out of the home. I was busy raising our children. My husband was a timber faller for many years and worked very hard. A few minutes to write

The last post was posted twice. I noticed it and deleted one. Our internet is not working well, so I did not think it even got posted. I have been very tired today. I need to go to work in a little bit. My bookbinding supplies came, so I can keep making books. I still have not had time to list them on "Etsy", a site to buy and sell hand made items. Slept well and Hello

I slept very well. Because I have been staying up late and missing sleep I did not set my alarm. I briefly got up at 6 am to say hello to my husband. He left for a men's prayer breakfast for awhile. I slept, dreaming vivid dreams of places I've never been before. Then when it was time to get up I felt like I was in a coma. Finally I did and I'm back to this world again. Home again at last

The 4 children at home and I got to go skating! Our church paid for the rink and we just paid to rent the skates. It was a lot of fun. I used to skate a lot when I was a teen. I love skating, but tried not to get carried away. I was careful and didn't fall down. Afterwards my 16 year old son helped me clean the doctors offices. I was really tired and we didn't get started until after 9 pm. But with his help we got it done in less than an hour. Now I am going to bed. Goodnight and God bless you! Sign in to see full entry.

We headed out for Wyoming

I'm home now and thought I would write a little more. My sister and I headed out for Wyoming. It was exciting for me, because I hadn't traveled much. It was late September, but still very warm,sunny weather. I can't remember where we were when Laurie noticed the gas gauge going down quite rapidly. "I'll pull over." I said. "No, don't pull over, we'll get stranded. Keep driving to the next exit!" Laurie said. So, we made it to the next exit and pulled into a gas station. There was a trail of gas... About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
