Random

Today I got a really bad headache. I took 1 excedrin and put a hot rice pack on my head. That really helped and it went away. It might be from the paint. I only have 1-2 days left of it. Another friend dropped in, someone we met many years ago. We have kept in touch over the years. She loves yard sale-ing and talking. She hates the internet. I shouldn't worry about work

I can't believe I'm writing this late. I worked at the office job with my 12 year old daughter. We got it done in a little over an hour. Then I went and worked at the Theater, painting a bathroom. I got it almost finished (the ladies). But, ran out of paint. I thought it would be enough for one bathroom. Greg came by and would have bought me paint, but I thought the 1/2 gallon left would finish it out. The other thing is I think I am taking too long. We painted a lot last year. I did not paint... At the library

I'm at the library, so thought I'd write a bit. This a.m. I took Clemy to her PE class. While she was there I did the exercise bike for about 15 minutes, then did the wet and dry sauna. Then a nice shower. After that I dropped Clemy and Susannah (who was also with us) at the library. I then went to the PO and had to wait in line. I had another "divine appointment" and ran into a girl I went to High School with. (Yesterday I ran into a cousin I hadn't seen for 10 years). Greg's finger will be... Sign in to see full entry.

Work and Faith

I am leaving to take my 9 year old daughter to her home-school PE class in a minute. I didn't get to bed until 1:30 a.m. because painting the bathroom at the Theater took longer than I anticipated. I had to wash all the walls with a special chemical, then rinse them before I could paint. I only got about 3/4 of one of the bathrooms done. Hopefully, I will finish the one and start on the other one today. After the painting job, I went home and had some Lipton hot tea and rested a minute. Then my... Sign in to see full entry.

About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
