Full day
Stayed up late again, but not to write. We were invited by our friends to their daughters' confirmation and then after to dinner at his new restaurant. We went to the church, standing in the back and watching until it was over. Then we went over to the restaurant in the conference room. The 2 doctors I work for (I clean their offices) and our friends' sister and brother-in-law was also there. It was quite an honor to be invited. The meal was great and friendship too. I didn't hear from my family...

New cleaning jobs
I started an entry this a.m. but it got deleted -:( So, here I go again... Last night I got to bed late. I thought I would get up at 8:00 and be fine, but my dear husband called me at 5:30 and I couldn't get back to sleep. I ended up getting up around 6:30 and visited with my friend when she got up, until they left. I went back to bed at 8:00 and rested for an hour or so. Finally around noon I went to clean houses, after coffee. That went well. My son and daughter-in-law left for the "valley"...

I met a new friend today...
It's late again, but I don't have to get up at 6:00 tomorrow. We have company, only till tomorrow a.m., so I really wanted to spend time with my friend and not go to bed early. Today went well I think. Starting the day, I got up at 6:00 and pushed the snooze button once. I still got to work on time though. I was very happy to see that all the files in the main office were moved. That means that hopefully soon I will have more control over the hours I work. But, sadly, today I realized it could...

Too tired to write much
I am really tired. My family (some) are on the way to Mexico with some other people. They will make it almost to Phoenix, Arizona soon. I miss them already. The novel is slowly coming along. I wrote quite a bit yesterday when Susannah was in gymnastics. It needs some life though. I may have time to write tomorrow. I don't think I'll hit the 50,000 word mark, as I'm only on 8,500 with only 12 days to go. Oh well, I tried. And, I'll try to finish it, then take a year to edit it. Goodnight all. I'm...

The wedding
Just got done reading all the comments I got when I was gone. They were all very encouraging, but alas I have no time tonight to read anyone else. I got up at 6:00 and tomorrow will have to again. I am quite tired after the wedding and need to catch up some on rest. The wedding was beautiful! I did have a new dress to wear. I actually borrowed it from a friend. She also lent me pearl earrings and necklace, which I left at the place we were staying and couldn't go back. So... my daughter and I...
