Happily, Senator McCain has called for three and a half trillion dollars in increased tax cuts for wealthy individuals and corporatiosn. He said that this would be paid for by cutting earmarks. Muted GOP Bounce Takes Race to Tied

The Realclearpolitics average for post-conventions shows the race tied, within a three-point margin of error. So, yes, I still feel that the race is tied and that 1.
