The only vitamins I know that you can overdose on is definitely A and K. "C", you can take by the GRAMS (1000mg); you can never have too much of C. I take B12 vitamins (I chew the tablet instead of just swallowing) 2000mcg per pill daily. It gives me what I need rather then spending $2.50 each day... Sign in to see full entry.
