What a great game for Opening Day. Two homers for Bryce, seven shutout innings for Stephen. I sat in the regular seats, Opening Day is no time to be in the luxury boxes, wanted to be in the stands with the fans. Did take the limo though, I figured the subway would be too crowded. Came back from spring training today. It was even more fun than I thought. Might do it again next year. Flew back on a commercial flight, first class of course. Traveled to Port St Lucie to see the Nats play the Mets. Kind of a long trip, or would have been if I had been driving my old Pontiac Grand Am. In a chauffer driven limosine, it was a nice short trip. The Nats lost but what the heck it's just a spring training game Sign in to see full entry.

It was beautiful weather so I spent most of the day in central park. Spent a lot of time in the central park zoo. Haven't been to a zoo in gosh maybe 30 years.
