A penney here and a penney there, Is so much I can not bear to see one. There was once a day back in May in 1945 When I was born and found my Mom And learned that each and every penney counted. For in the 59's one could buy a coke for a nickle and a penney. How things have changed as I groan in pain and push the limit of my bill fold.
