When I hit print the pages come out all mixed up and cut in half etc

Help responding to reader comments
Can someone tell me how to send a reply to a reader? I clicked on reader's name to reply, up popped a dialog box for e-mail, but no button to "send".
I'm new to site, couldn't find it under Help, so appreciate any feedback.

Editing
Can anyone tell me how I can go in and edit something I've written after I've posted it.
Although I spell check, I've found the odd word has slipped by and is spelt incorrectly.
