My kingdom for a tripod

We were parked next to a Michael's store last night and the red lights from the sign make a cool pattern on our blue car. I thought, "what the heck" and tried to capture it but the shot I was going for didn't include camera shake. Here you can see the idea I was going for but there was no handy...
