a stone skipping

hands in the sand, slip through his fingers, caught in his web, a stone, i am different, he thinks a skipping stone, but skip, i do not, falling to the bottom, i sink like a rock, he gathers more of me, in a pile, pleased, they skip along 1,2,3, as if hesitantly, but then quickly fall to the bottom,...
