Commentary: What's up with the T.V. rating system?

When I pulled this blog up today, my initial plan was to write a movie review of this movie called 50 pills in which a young man who has lost his scholarship because of his roommate's stupidity is given 50 pills of ecstasy by the same roommate in an effort to make up his missing $1,000.00 the day...
