Grrr, my wrist hurts
So, I did something to my wrist. It's hurt for about three weeks, I finally went to the doctor yesterday. He said it's either arthritis or a fractured scaphoid bone (one of the tiny carpals). In either case no lifting at all with the left hand, take it easy, lots of ice. Also anti-inflammatory/ pain... Sign in to see full entry.
