When they want an insurance policy, they come running after you. But if

your policy lapses and u want help to revive it, no one is there. When they want to sell something they are after you. But when you want them for after-sales service, "today most of our staff have not shown up. Sorry we can't help you. It will take some time.". Do you all also feel like this. Or is...
