Stop Hog-Tying Our Military
Even our President is cooperating with Congress as they try to declare how war is conducted. "War is Hell," and it should be Hell. Were it pleasant we'd want to participate more. Let's let the generals, the CIA, the interrigators and our armed forces do their jobs. There is no such thing as "murdering" an enemy soldier in a war zone.
