10 too Much
When it comes to melatonin, I stick to 2.5 mg to 5 mg. That range enables me to sleep. One time, I accidentally bought 10 mg gummies of it. Big mistake. I ended up finding it hard to get out of bed. I started cutting the gummies in half and was back to being fine. Ten grams was too much.
