Bad day

I started out my day with a migraine that started about 5:30 a.m. I was still sick when I was supposed to leave for work. I didn't make it in until 10 a.m. Migraines are a part of my disease. Well it's midnight and I'm still up. The problem with my condition is that I am so fatigued that I cant function for days and then I fly into fast forward and I cant slow down to rest. Well I think the injection is helping some. I am not tingling as much and I feel more flexible. My pain is a little worse I think everything that was numb is now waking up. Is that a good thing?
