WHAT TIME IS IT?
I'm confused. I founded this sun dial in a local park: I though, "Wow! this is so neat!!" I even took that picture. But then I noticed that is wasn't working correctly! Darn. My watch said it was eleven AM while the stupid sun dial thinks it was ten! I was disappointed until I realized that my watch was set for daylight savings time and I guess no one has bothered to tell the sun or the sundial about it. Someone should get on that right away!
