Dust

Outside my window the world is grey Not the lovely promise of a Highveld thunderstorm Oh no It’s all just dust From a dead desert. I miss the rain running down my neck in cascading streams from a colorful umbrella. I miss thunder and lightning and a rainbow with the promise of the softest light. Oh living in the sand is sometimes just not right! Sign in to see full entry.
