I watched a movie last night about a young lady, Anne Sluti, who was abducted from a mall in Nebraska in April 2001. Her abductor was a 30ish man from Minnesota that had been arrested 20 times before his 18th birthday. Anne was repeatedly chained, raped, and beaten. He battered and bruised her body...
