The Wind is Really Whipping...
The sound of the wind is so loud and compelling that I keep looking out my windows to see what might be riding on that wind. I do see things flying by and the school across the way has flags on a pole whipping in the wind. In spite of all of that, our trees and the grass are turning green and Spring...

Snake Parade Saturday...
Saint Patrick's Day has always been great for the Snake Parade in North Kansas City down town area and I live just down from the main drag. There will be lots of traffic around here today. I love marching and music and fun....but no, I'm not going. I will check it out second hand after the revelers...

Not Getting "Mutch" Done These Done...
I seem to be aging rapidly these days...especially in the zone of using the keyboard and other necessary parts of a Lap Top computer. It is so exasperating. I never really thought much about "hunt & peck" system of writing, but these days that idiom is so clear to me and it makes me not want to set...

Concerned...and Praying for Grandson...
I still have one Grandson who is a Captain in the U.S.Army. He is an ordnance expert on explosives and is likely to be deployed to the Mid East now that the troubles have escalated skyhigh as he was the last time. I tried to get hold of him today, but to no avail. Please pray for him and any others...

Whether the Weather...
The sun has been shining all day the wildlife is/are dancing. This evening my windows are open and the ceiling fan blowing. The ending of February is here, but......one never knows what the first of March will bring in Missouri. I have't put away my Long John's just yet.
