Now I know what it feels like to be a candle...

I have moved through the "World Religions" course, and through most of the "Meditations" course. One of the exercises I did on Sunday involved a voice meditation using some object as a focal point. I believe this was the 3rd voice meditation I did, and the first one that I actually felt comfortable... Sign in to see full entry.
