Action Report Day 1- Kaiser's Office
We went to see Secretary Kaiser. Head of PHADA (the Public Housing Authority Directors Association) who was having a special meeting in the Hyatt DC with all the other housing authority directors. He wasn't happy to see us, as you can imagine. The Hyatt people were so confused. At first they tired to help us, but then they got mad when they figured out that we were there to protest. But we got what we wanted and thery're going to meet with us in late September; I think the police basically made...
