Down the highway

And now that Winter has come naked trees under gray skies miss the sun which not so long ago embraced them with its warmth and as down the path of life we go our mind steps into the colorless zone where memories dictate the way and there is nothing to do, nothing to say, for htough we are still prisoners of what we once were, whille in that zone we think what we never thought as we watch heaven and earth into the distance dissolve always merging in that far away point, which we can never reach...
