Plato's Cat

As I lay at the foot of the master, Dark bound though he be, I contemplate his thoughts, Upon reality. Shadows cast by fires light, Upon a cavern's wall, What is real and what is not, If anything at all. Claws and teeth are pointed sharp, Birds are meant for prey, Mice and rats for eating, But only...
