No More Chains(sestina)

No more Chains (sestina) I was a prisoner, wrapped in chains From my youth, that's the way it had been In my dark lonely prison, all alone I set Never thought freedom, would ever be mine But then one wonderful day, I was set free And now, the locks and chains are gone The days of my youth, were now far gone And I was so tired, of those heavy chains Oh, how I wanted so, to be happy and free When did I ever have peace, how long had it been Others had it, I just had to find mine My heart must...
