Photilia

Everywhere in the Northwest, Photolia grows. It is a most versatile plant. It can be a shrub sitting by itself, A hedge that is cut formally or not at all. In my yard, it is a thick privacy screen. Red

The sunlight peeks out of the thick clouds And focuses on a red rhodedendron, with buds just ready to bloom. The tulips are almost gone, their red petals just memories of former beauty. Red pops out of a picture of green. Green grass, green leaves, green mold on the patio trellis. Decorators call it... Sign in to see full entry.
