Holographic Dream

Holographic Dream The music of the spheres Has captured your heart. Now, like me, You are lost in a holographic dream. When we awaken, We will see …. Tat Sat. When we see, We shall awaken. That is how this world works. So simple, The Truth. Shams says, “Awake or asleep, God Loves you.” Share this: Sign in to see full entry.

One More Pandering Pandemic Poem

One More Pandering Pandemic Poem Perhaps this is the last time I shall speak of it…. Perhaps not…. Just in case this is my last word On the Pandemic Phenomena, Let Shams just say, “A curse and a gift, See this inevitable now for what it is.” Sign in to see full entry.

Titanium Hip

Titanium Hip If you picture it, It is terrifying. If you experience it, It is a miracle. If you perform it, It is a procedure. What it is, Is a miraculous, terrifying procedure Providing a new lease on life. Shams says, “Go for it, Friend.” Share this: Sign in to see full entry.

Right Thinking

Right Thinking Can your thinking ever be right? Can a thought be true? Or … Is truth beyond any thought? Is there something deeper than thought? Truth is the ether of now. Truth unfolds moment by moment. Tat Sat. No matter, your thoughts. Truth continues to exist Only now, independent of our thought Independent of our desire. What is, is inevitable. Tat Sat. Freedom lies in total surrender to now. Our only freedom is Fully accepting this reality Unfolding now. It is what it is. Shams says, “Take... Sign in to see full entry.

I Landed a Job with The Divine

I Landed a Job with The Divine I just sent out my Resume’ to the Universe. The Divine responded immediately. That’s just the way She works. “No need for an interview,” God told me. “I have watched you closely, All your life.” Only one position was open. I jumped when She offered me the job. I work, now, in The Office of Awakening Souls. We are under strict orders. We can only help those who are stirring From their sleep. Killing Us Softly

Killing Us Softly There is a strand of RNA That wants to live a life. It needs a living host To pull this off. My friends, we have apparently volunteered. It is Love that calls us to remember, And to this Love, surrender. Fear not that which can kill the body, Rather, fear the fear that kills the soul. We did not come here To rest upon our laurels. We came to love, serve, and remember. To love and serve Love’s purpose; To remember who we are And Whose we are; This is our only reason to show up... Sign in to see full entry.

Last Breath

Last Breath Oh Dearly Beloved, Come rest in my embrace. I must share My Last Will and Testament. This Regal Virus Reminds us, “Live like you do not know If this be your last breath.” It may be! I have a friend Who dropped dead While walking on a wooded path With a dear friend. They were walking in Bliss As they returned from A Heavenly, Musical Zikr. In an instant, A massive stroke Released him from the shackles Of body and blood. In his experience, He merely went from bliss to Bliss. Lean... Sign in to see full entry.

Smile

Smile Flowers bloom when you smile. Butterflies dance for joy. My own heart sings Alleluia. Perhaps you should be quarantined, Your smile is no doubt, infectious. It is no matter, This kind of infection blesses all Who come in contact. Shams says, “I would kiss you.” Sign in to see full entry.

Gratitude

Gratitude The greatful ones cannot turn back. Gratitude is an intoxication Which, like Love, Casts out all fear and whining. The dervishes have all gathered at its tavern To have their fill of this sweet wine. Shams says, “Will you join us?” Sign in to see full entry.

I Send a Voice

I Send a Voice Oh Divine One, My Closest Friend, My Ocean of Acceptance, Forgiver of my shortcomings; When I am awake and aware, Your Will is my Deepest Desire. A devout Christian once asked me, “Have you been saved?” My immediate response, “Oh yes! Many times!” So many times, Dear One, You have saved me, Rescued me from my poor choices And selfish desires. So, in deep gratitude, I send a voice. You have touched me And I am forever changed. Shams says, “We have all been saved.” Sign in to see full entry.

Father’s Day

Father’s Day I raise a glass to Fathers everywhere, To those who were present And to those who were not. Fatherhood is an eternal assignment. Another Father’s Day with nothing From my Children? Divorced when they were ten and fourteen, We grew apart, slowly. I was there for their high school graduations. I was there for my daughter’s wedding. Yet, I have never met Any of my four grandchildren. This was not my choice. Now, I pray them blessings each day. In my thirties, apparently Fatherhood was... Sign in to see full entry.

Reckoning

Reckoning My day in court is here. For a debt I would happily pay, If I could. In fact, I would have if I could have. So I ask myself, “Why are we here?” Certainly not to address criminal intent. Fare warning, Your Honors: I am a preacher And I feel a sermon coming on. Do not worry, It shall be short. We are here today Because a man Accepted an offer of Credit From a corporate financial giant. A first time home buyer Found himself suddenly, surprisingly, Beyond his means. A snowballing series of... Sign in to see full entry.

Horns of a Dilemma

Horns of a Dilemma For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I keep on doing. 20Now if I do what I do not want, cit is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me. 21So I find it to be a law that when I want to do right, evil lies close at hand. 22For dI delight in the law of God, ein my inner being, 23but I see in my members fanother law waging war against the law of my mind and...
